Ever since Sushant Singh Rajput's death case was transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation, the new and shocking facts that are emerging every day have turned into smoke and mirrors. So far, Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani, his self-proclaimed friend Sandip Ssingh, his cook and housemate were questioned by CBI. However, the latest developments, in this case, suggest that the producer is going to file a defamation case against those who are spreading rumours and people who are behind all the false allegations. This news was announced by Sandip's manager Deepak Sahu on his Twitter handle. 
 
Sandip has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. From his presence on the day when Sushant ended his life on June 14 to his inconsistencies in his statement on various portals, Sandip has been under the radar for the same. Even fans raised questioned over Sandip Ssingh’s involvement in SSR’s death and were even trending his name on Twitter. Sandip was the producer of the biopic of PM Narendra Modi and has b under scanner for his various links. Maharashtra Home Minister too spoke about an enquiry on Sandip Ssingh. 
 
“Today, a Congress delegation met me and demanded an inquiry in the relationship between Sandip Ssingh, who made PM Modi's biopic, and BJP, and also his connection with drugs. We are forwarding this request to the CBI,” said Anil Deshmukh to ANI. He even said that he will send these pleas to the CBI for a probe.

Meanwhile, the chats accessed by India Today revealed that sister Priyanka sent in a prescription to Sushant on June 8 with a list of medicines used to treat mental illness. Following this, Rhea's lawyer has now stated that the actress will take legal action against his family for giving false statements.
